Sample Assignment of Trade Marks

If you are assigning a UK registered trade mark, you should record the assignment with the UKIPO using the designated form. Similarly, if you are assigning a trade mark registered in another jurisdiction, you will usually need to register the assignment with the trade mark authorities in that jurisdiction.
