Which E-commerce Documents?

The laws relating to the supply of goods to consumers via the internet are radically different from those relating to the supply of goods to businesses.

For this reason, we offer three different terms of sale templates and three different returns policy documents: one of each for consumers, one of each for business, and one of each covering both kinds of customer.

In addition, three different download agreement templates are available on the website: one for images, one for music and one for ebooks. These documents can be used in relation to businesses and/or consumers.

Finally, there are three different online booking terms documents. The first is designed to be used in relation to consumers, the second in relation to businesses, and the third in relation to businesses and/or consumers.

The templates will need to be edited before use. They are accompanied by extensive guidance notes to assist you in this. You should also review our template editing FAQ before beginning work.
