Which Email Notice?

The template appropriate to your business will depend upon the legal form of your business:

• The email disclaimer (company) template is designed for use in relation to emails sent by a limited company registered in England and Wales.
• The email disclaimer (partnership) template is designed for use in relation to emails sent by a partnership established under the laws of England and Wales.
• The email disclaimer (sole trade) template is designed for use in relation to emails sent by a sole trader operating in England or Wales.
