This grievance procedure is a general guide to how grievances should be handled in the workplace. All employers, irrespective of their size or resources, should have in place a procedure that sets out how grievances will be handled.The grievance procedure is non-contractual in effect, as is usually best practice. This will enable you to deviate from the strict terms set out within it if necessary.
