This is our standard manufacturing agreement template, to be used to document the manufacturer-customer relationship. It is specifically designed for the situation where the customer supplies a design to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer makes products to that design, which are then supplied to the customer. If you require provisions relating to equipment or components to be supplied by the customer, forecasting, non-competition, change control, training, publicity or customer indemnities, you should consider that document instead.
