This policy return template is intended for use on ecommerce websites that offer their business customers discretionary return rights (i.e. where the correct products have been delivered to the customer, and there is no fault with products).

Included in the policy are a description of the circumstances in which returns are permitted, a procedure for returns, a procedure for refunds, and details of the consequences of improper returns.

This template should be used in conjunction with a standard terms and conditions of sale document covering mandatory rights of return (e.g. under the Sale of Goods Act). Both documents are included in our online shop (businesses) pack.

The policy on returns has been drafted for use with customers who are businesses. This policy document is not suitable for use with consumers.
