Sample Terms and Conditions for an Affiliate Website
The affiliate terms and conditions include a detailed disclaimer concerning the affiliate's role. Under the template, users acknowledge (amongst other things) that the affiliate is not responsible for third party merchants and the behaviour of third party merchants, and the template excludes (or attempts to exclude) all liability arising out of the acts or omissions of merchants.
