A standard warning letter confirming the outcome of a disciplinary hearing where a first or final written warning is the sanction.

The warning letter sets out the reasons for the warning, the required improvement and timescale, and the consequences of further misconduct/failing to improve.

This letter is not appropriate for use in cases where the reason for the warning is capability or poor performance issues.
