Which Web Design T&Cs?The web design T&Cs were created with straightforward web design projects: for example, the creation of HTML/CSS websites where there is no substantial software development work.
These templates are designed to be incorporated into a contracting process where the contractual acceptance (e.g. signature) is in another related document, such as a proposal form, and where the terms and conditions are incorporated by reference (e.g. "by signing this proposal, you agree to the provisions of the attached terms and conditions"). Of the three terms and conditions templates, the balanced one has the greatest flexibility.
If you need this kind of document, but in traditional agreement form, rather than T&Cs form, see our web design agreements.
If you need a T&Cs type contract document for a web design project involving software development, see our web development terms and conditions.
If you need a contract document that includes web design services as part of a mix of web related services, then see our web services agreements.
