Web Design Terms (pro-customer)

Price: £27.50 (Including VAT at 20%)

This website design terms and conditions template is a T&Cs-style version of the equivalent pro-customer "agreement" template. It is designed to be used by a regular buyer of web design services as standard terms and conditions for the purchase of those services. Accordingly, it favours the interests of the customer over those of the designer. It can be easily adapted to suit your particular business. Review selected sections from the balanced version of these T&Cs here:

Website Design T&Cs Q&A

Website Design T&Cs Q&A

Do these terms and conditions deal with any moral rights that might prevent me from exploiting my website?

A waiver of moral rights is included. Under the waiver, the designer not only waives his or her own rights (if any) but also undertakes to get employees and subcontractors to waive any moral rights they may have in the website. Note that in some jurisdictions a waiver of moral rights may be ineffective.
