This web designer pack contains a range of contract documents that may be of use to a web designer or web design company.
The pack includes four of the variations of our web design contract. The two "balanced" templates allow for greater flexibility, whereas the two "pro-designer" templates strongly protect the interests of the designer (at the expense of the client). The "Agreement" style documents are designed for use where the parties may want to negotiate the legal terms, whereas the "Terms" style documents would typically be imposed on clients without negotiation.
