Which Web Development T&Cs?These template web development T&Cs were created with website development services involving software development in mind.
They are designed to be incorporated into a contracting process by reference: that is, the contract will come into force when another document is signed or otherwise agreed, and that other document will incorporate the T&Cs into the contract.
T&Cs style documents are classically used where one party is imposing its standard terms of business on the other party. In other words, there is no scope for negotiation of the legal terms, although there may be scope for negotiation of other matters, such as price.
There are three versions of the T&Cs: a pro-developer document, a pro-customer document, and a balanced document. The balanced document is the most flexible of the three. The other documents may however be simpler to use where you want to create a contract with a pronounced bias.
