This template is designed for wedding photographers and wedding photography businesses. It is a standard terms and conditions template, specifically drafted to protect the interests of the wedding photographer or business. It assumes the customer will be a consumer, not a business. It accounts for the possibility that there may be two customers: the bride and groom.

Both electronic images ("deliverables" in the language of the contract) and prints may be delivered to the customer as part of the contract.

This template envisages 2 different possibilities regarding the treatment of copyright and other IP rights in deliverables: a limited licence of IP, or an assignment of IP to the customer. The template also has a detailed moral rights clause.
