The commission agreements in this pack come in various forms. There is a basic document which provides, simply, for the payment of commission by one party to the other. There are composite documents which combine commission payment obligations with confidentiality and/or non-solicitation obligations.
There is also a consultancy agreement which allows for the payment of commission to a consultant or professional services provider. Under that document, fees may be payable alongside the commission.
Finally, the pack includes a referral partner agreement, which allows for the appointment of a referral partner who will earn commission in relation to contracts entered into by principal, where those contracts arise out of a referral made by the partner.
