These template table booking T&Cs were created for restaurants and similar businesses. They should be used as part of an online table booking system.

The main clauses of the T&Cs specify the procedure of making a booking, the situations in which a deposit may be taken, the circumstances in which a deposit may be lost, the general obligations of both parties and methods for cancelling reservations. The T&Cs include strong rights for the business to cancel reservations.

The T&Cs include an optional provision acknowledging that reservations can also be made by telephone or in person. In these cases, in order for these T&Cs to be enforceable, the person who makes the reservation should be able to review and agree to the T&Cs. Without such agreement, there will likely be no contract.
