The document sets out the legal basis upon which a person may use a free-of-charge public WiFi network.

The document contains both a “fair use” policy and an "acceptable use" policy. The former specifies that bandwidth is limited and that some services (e.g. streaming) may not work on the network. The latter specifies what a user may and may not do when using the WiFi service. For instance, the use of illegal download is forbidden.

These WiFi terms and conditions should be displayed when a user registers. If the document is amended, the user should be asked to agree to the new version.
