A terms and conditions template designed especially for businesses that provide carpet and/or rug cleaning services, whether to the domestic or commercial market, or some combination of the two. As with our other cleaning-related T&Cs templates, this document may be used in relation to one-off jobs as well as long term contracts.
The carpet cleaning business is permitted, under this document, to subcontract the provision of the carpet cleaning services, but will of course remain responsible to the customer for the performance of those services. If the service provider is unable to provide the services by reason of a personnel shortage, an optional clause gives the service provider a limited get-out.
The document emphasises that some stains and spillages may be partially or wholly irremediable, and asks the customer to acknowledge this fact.
Some of the optional provisions in the document are more suited to business customers and higher-value customers. These provisions can easily be deleted if irrelevant.
